satan knows how to mess with us. i think that's a pretty undeniable fact.

he knows which buttons to push, which thoughts to put in our heads, which people to put against us to drive a wedge between us and our loving Father.

i've seen this so vividly through so many people, especially this week.

maybe it's about time we stop complaining about how messed up we are.
maybe it's about time we understand that God doesn't care.
maybe it's about time we understand that sometimes you just have to move on.
maybe it's about time we understand that life will be killer hard, it comes with the territory.
maybe it's about time we let God take over, completely.
maybe it's about time we don't take control back from God.
maybe it's about time we dive into what we are called to do. and stop talking about it.
maybe it's about time those of us who are really passionate stop playing the games.
maybe it's about time we put our game faces on and go for it.
maybe it's about time we go all out.
maybe it's about time we understand we can't change others, we are the only ones we have control over.
maybe it's about time we do something drastic.
maybe it's about time we jump on a plane to Africa and serve there for a few months.
maybe it's about time we put our lives in perspective and stop being so selfish.
maybe it's about time we get away from what distracts us from God.
maybe it's about time we get away permanently.


...we must get rid of everything that slows us down, especially sin that distracts us. We must run the race that lies ahead of us and never give up....
