Comfortable or not.
I was called to go.
Easy or not.
I need to go.

I'm leaving Saturday morning to go to New Orleans,
leaving to go with people I hardly know.
leaving to go with expectations of God's faithfulness.
leaving to go to minister to kids of all ages.
leaving to go to show them the love of Christ,
so that they may know, where they are going,
when they go.

Leaving to go because it's about time I step out and do something, step out and do a hard thing.
For once.

it'll be hot.
it'll be really hot.
it'll be extremely hot.
it'll be tiring
it'll be hard.

but most importantly, it'll be what God wants me to do.
